Terrafold is proprietary software. No part of it (source code, binaries, documentation,
artwork) may be copied, modified, distributed, sublicensed or sold without prior written
permission from Appmire, except where a separate written agreement with Appmire allows it.

Terrafold includes third-party components under their own licences. Those licences apply to
those components only; they are listed with their full texts in THIRD-PARTY-NOTICES.txt, which
ships with every package and is published at https://terrafold.appmire.be/legal/. NOTICE lists
the bundled third-party assets.

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, TO THE
EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

Third-party software

Terrafold includes open-source components under their own licences. The third-party notices list every component, its licence and the licence texts; the same file ships with every package. The interface font is Inter, under the SIL Open Font License 1.1.

Portions of the workspace tooling and application infrastructure (xtask, the command registry,
the control channel and MCP server, the egui shell: the GPU paint-callback pattern, About and
contributor credits, logging, the macOS native menu and the web runner) are adapted from CADCraft
and DeckCraft, Copyright (c) 2026 ArtCraft Team and the CADCraft and DeckCraft contributors,
used under the MIT License (one of the two licences, MIT OR Apache-2.0, they are offered under):

Third-party material

Software dependencies (Rust crates) and their licence texts are listed in
THIRD-PARTY-NOTICES.txt, generated from Cargo.lock by `cargo xtask notices` and shipped with every
package (also at https://terrafold.appmire.be/legal/). Icons, default materials and sample models
are original to Terrafold (drawn or defined in code). Bundled third-party assets:

- The Inter typeface (assets/fonts/, subsets of Inter 4.1), Copyright (c) 2016 The Inter Project
  Authors (https://github.com/rsms/inter), licensed under the SIL Open Font License, Version 1.1
  (assets/fonts/OFL.txt, shipped with the packages as OFL-Inter.txt).
- egui's fallback fonts (crate epaint_default_fonts: Ubuntu Light under the Ubuntu Font Licence
  1.0, Hack under the MIT/Bitstream Vera licence, Noto Emoji under the SIL Open Font License 1.1,
  emoji-icon-font under the MIT License), used for symbols and scripts Inter does not cover; their
  licence texts are in THIRD-PARTY-NOTICES.txt.

Terrafold is an independent implementation and is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed
by Trimble Inc. SketchUp is a trademark of Trimble Inc. .skp file support is implemented from
black-box study of files, without use of Trimble's SDK.
